Use of the site and purchases made on it are subject to these terms. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the law.

1. General

The site is intended for the sale of jewelry to the public in Israel, and orders are shipped to addresses in Israel only.

A change to these terms will apply to orders placed after it is published. An order that has been placed is subject to the terms in effect when it was placed.

The terms are written in the feminine or masculine form for convenience only and refer to all genders.

2. Eligibility to purchase

Purchasing on the site is permitted to anyone aged 18 or over.

3. Placing an order and order confirmation

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with the transaction details.

In the case of a clear and obvious error in the price or description of a product, or if the product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount paid. If there is a concern of unauthorized use of a payment method, we may hold the order for verification.

4. Prices

Prices on the site are in shekels and include all applicable taxes. Shipping fees (25 ₪, and free over 250 ₪) are shown before payment.

5. Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, and the maximum delivery time is 30 business days from the day of payment until the jewelry is delivered. Business days: Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays. Full details are in our shipping policy.

6. Cancellations and returns

The right to cancel, how to cancel and refunds are detailed in our cancellation and returns policy, and you can also cancel through the order cancellation form.

7. Product warranty

Every piece of jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase on the plating. The warranty does not cover damage from unreasonable use, loss or theft. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the law, not instead of them.

8. Product information

We do our best to make the photos and descriptions accurate. There may be slight differences in shade between the image on screen and the jewelry itself. Jewelry that does not match its description on the site may be returned at no cost, in accordance with the cancellation policy.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damage caused by use of the site that is not related to a purchase. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for bodily injury and for a defective product.

10. Intellectual property and user content

The design, logo, photos, texts and jewelry designs on the site belong to SAGE & MOSS and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Customer photos and reviews will be published only with the consent of the person who sent them. Content from social networks will be published with credit and with the consent of its creator.

11. Promotions and offers

The terms of each promotion will be published alongside it. A change to or end of a promotion will not apply to an order already placed. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

The code WELCOME15 (15% off) is given to those who sign up for the newsletter. It can be redeemed once per customer and cannot be combined with other discounts. The total number of redemptions is limited.
