Cancel an order

You may cancel a purchase up to 14 days from the day you receive the jewelry. Customers aged 65 or over, people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel up to 4 months.

To cancel, write to us using the form below: your full name, order number, and what you would like to cancel. If you are eligible for the extended cancellation period, please mention it in your message.

We will confirm receipt of your request and send instructions for returning the jewelry. The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ₪, whichever is lower. There is no cancellation fee when cancelling because of a defect, an error or a delivery delay.
