Shipping policy

Delivery times

Our jewelry is made and prepared after you order. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, and the maximum delivery time is 30 business days, from the day of payment until the jewelry is delivered to the address you provided.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays.

These delivery times apply to orders placed from October 20, 2026. An order placed before that date is subject to the delivery time shown when it was placed.

Shipping fees

Home delivery costs 25 ₪, and is free on orders over 250 ₪. The cost is shown before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number, if the shipping company provides one.

Changing your address

You can update your address until the order has been handed to the shipping company, by contacting service@sageandmoss-jewelry.com or WhatsApp 055-5682017.

If the delivery is late

If the jewelry has not arrived by the maximum delivery date, you may cancel the transaction without a cancellation fee and receive a full refund, or continue to wait. If we learn of a delay, we will let you know.

A package that did not arrive, arrived damaged, or was marked as delivered but not received

Contact us and we will look into it with the shipping company. A "delivered" status in the tracking system is information we will check together with you, not a final determination. Until the jewelry has been delivered to you, it is our responsibility.

If the address you provided was incorrect and the package was returned, we will ship it again in coordination with you. The cost of the repeat shipment will be yours.
