This policy explains what information we collect when you browse and shop at SAGE & MOSS, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

SAGE & MOSS, Mevo HaTomer, Har Adar. Privacy inquiries: service@sageandmoss-jewelry.com.

2. What information we collect and why

Name, phone, address and email: to process your order, for delivery and for customer service. Providing them is required to complete an order.
Payment details: collected and processed by the payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
Email for our newsletter: to send updates and offers, only if you have agreed to this. Providing it is optional.
Contact form and WhatsApp inquiries: to respond to your inquiry. Providing them is optional.
Browsing data: through cookies and pixels, to operate the site, for measurement and for advertising (see section 5).

You are not legally required to give us any information, but without the order details we cannot deliver your jewelry.

3. Who the information is shared with

Shopify: the store platform, the checkout, and service and newsletter emails (Shopify Email).
Payment providers: Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Our jewelry supplier: our supplier is located outside Israel and ships the order directly to you. For this purpose it receives your name, address and phone number, as does the shipping company that makes the delivery.
Meta, Google and Microsoft (Clarity): to measure advertising performance and analyze how the site is used.

Some of these parties store and process information outside Israel, including in the United States, Canada, the European Union and the supplier's country. We do not sell personal information.

4. How long we keep it

Order details are kept as required by tax and accounting law. A newsletter email address is kept until you unsubscribe. Service inquiries are kept for as long as they are needed for handling and record-keeping.

5. Cookies and pixels

The site uses cookies that are necessary to operate the store and the cart, and cookies and pixels from Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity for measurement and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the cart and checkout work.

6. Newsletter

We send marketing emails only to those who have agreed to receive them, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails (order confirmation, shipping, replies to inquiries) are sent even without newsletter consent, because they are part of the order.

7. Your rights

You may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete inaccurate information, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Contact us at service@sageandmoss-jewelry.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
